During our second meeting a new shared international fictitious company ChartEco was introduced on the 12th Ostrava´s Fair of Fictitious Firms, in the premises of Černá louka exhibition grounds. An international company created in this way is unique, and has no parallel even within Europen.

On the first day, 30 foreign participants were welcomed in our school, and after a school tour, an assigned topic “Human Resources” was presented. The exchange of information from individual V4 countries and the discussion on this topic, which ended with a quiz in which students had the opportunity to test their acquired knowledge, can certainly be considered beneficial. Finally, the quiz was evaluated and the results were announced. The best students were awarded small prizes.

The winners of the Human Resources quiz were:
1. Peter Málik (Hungary)
2. Michal Čep (Czech Republic)
3. Kira Blazsó (Hungary)

In the evening V4 students played bowling and the teachers went sightseeing.

The next day, the V4 partners visited Landek Mining Museum and went down the mine, where black coal was extracted in the past. It is understandable that this was an unforgettable experience for many visitors involved. In the afternoon, all participants from V4 project went to Černá louka to help with the construction of their shared stall, the ChartEco international fictional company. In the
evening, foreign students had an opportunity to get to know the Ostrava city centre, thanks to a tour organized by the students of the foreign trade branch. The teachers were invited to a friendly
meeting where the course of the forthcoming Fictitious Fair was discussed, as well as the content and conditions of the V4 project.

The last day of the project meeting was focused on the 12th Ostrava´s Fair of Fictitious Firms with an international participation, in which 30 fictitious companies displayed their firms. Here the V4 students made the last adjustments at their common stall and then the trading followed. They introduced their joint business and the paper products made in an ecological way.

During the trading, the students were visited by the manager Ing. Alena Stešnerová from the real company StoraEnso, which is an international company engaged in the production of paper products
from wood and renewable resources, which cooperated with the shared student company ChartEco. The manager heard the performance of the ChartEco company and appreciated their work so far. The morning programme of the fair also included a professional seminar on topic “Fictitious Firm - Part of Global Business (sharing good practice examples). The seminar also introduced the V4 project
and the international ChartEco fictitious firm. In the afternoon individual categories of the fictitious fair were evaluated; the participants were awarded diplomas, cups and prizes. Then the trade fair and the project meeting of the V4 countries ended.

We would like to thank to all the participants, who took part in the creation of the shared fictitious company, and for all activities they have undergone during this meeting. We believe that the meeting was beneficial for all members involved; they gained a new valuable experience, cemented friendly relations and fulfilled our common dream - a shared fictitious company. The next meeting will take place in September 2020 in Budapest. We are looking forward to everyone.
